Panic attacks and anxiety
Anxiety or panic attacks are a normal stress response that happens too often.  In extreme cases, people can unfortunately maintain that "fight or flight" state most of the time, which can lead to serious injury or illness.  The stress response is supposed to only last for a few minutes while you're feeling afraid or endangered, and it includes:


Imagine how it would affect your health if you had these symptoms all the time!  That's why panic attacks are so harmful.  They can effect your diet, vision, circulation, and even your sex life.

Now imagine how much better you would feel if the panic attacks stopped happening.  I know, because after several of my relatives died in just a couple of years, I started having panic attacks about my own mortality anytime anything reminded me of death.  By using hypnosis, I was able to go through three stages of relief:  First, I learned to calm myself down immediately as soon as I felt the panic rising.  Next, I told myself "not to go there" when I noticed a trigger, so that I never went to the panic response.  Finally, I am fine about my mortality except when I let my sleep or diet deplete me too much.  The first stage was achieved after only three weeks of treatment, so I recommend two or three weekly appointments and then refreshers as needed for 2-3 months.
